About Basic Sciences & Humanities Department
The humanities department plays a significant role in helping students develop in a variety of ways so they can address all issues pertaining to technical engineering. A country's technological advancement determines its progress. Science culture is essential to the advancement of engineering and technology. A solid foundation in basic science is necessary to become a competent engineer or technologist. Thus, "Basic Science" is studied at the outset of the diploma program. Chemistry, physics, mathematics, English, and a few other fundamental technical topics are tied to the humanities department.
The social science known as the "humanities" develops a man's capacity for reason, punctuality, communication, skill, and creativity. The aforementioned traits are necessary for a student who plans to become an engineer or technologist in the near future.
